The Head of the Bay (HOB) wellfield is part of the City of Bainbridge Island (COBI) municipal water system and consists of seven artesian wells that pump to an on-site reservoir. Water is boosted from the reservoir where it is chlorinated, fluoridated, and then feeds the Winslow Water System. Summary of QualificationsThe selected consultant will have the qualifications to complete tasks listed below.
