The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is soliciting bids for one perpetual license of RSLINX Classic OEM Edition software (Rockwell Automation P/N: 9355M-RSLCT22), which enables third-party software to interface with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs. Delivery must be completed within 15 calendar days of order receipt, between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Alternative products must be accompanied by technical literature. Prices must remain firm for 90 days and include all duties. FOB destination is LADWP’s Los Angeles location. The department reserves the right to reject any bid. The apparent successful bidder must provide a valid BTRC number, VRN, or exempt tax registration certificate within 48 hours of request. Payment is due 30 days after delivery. Protests must be filed in writing within 4 days of advertisement or 3 days of an addendum, and must include all required elements. The Local Business Preference Program does not apply.

It includes integrated 24x7x365 TechConnect support, a complete library of communication drivers for Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, DH+, DH-485, and serial DF-1 physical networks, and serves as a data pass-through bridge across different automation networks. Bidders must provide full description, including manufacturer name and part number, for each item. Bids quoting alternative brands or part numbers must include supporting literature or specifications. Sales/use tax not included unless otherwise stated. Bid acceptance is subject to department review for 90 days. Payment will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of corrected invoice. The department may award items separately or as a whole. The bidder is cautioned that award is not effective until a formal purchase order or contractual document is issued.
