Cactus Software Commissary Software is a point of sale software that performs the accounting and finance functions behind the operation of the commissary’s in each state prison, it also allows for the secure maintenance of a spend accounts.MNIT and MN Department of Corrections has determined that this procurement is a single source purchase because Cactus Software Commissary Software proprietary and exclusively licensed through Cashless Systems Inc.
