The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) on behalf of the Research and Policy Support Group is seeking proposals from organizations qualified and experienced in providing comprehensive evaluation services of the various programs/professional services implemented by NYCDOE central staff, field offices and schools. These services may require needs assessments, logic models, surveys, focus groups, implementation evaluations, outcome evaluations, and data analysis summarized in written reports.
