Texas Department of Transportation SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Project Disclosure of Financial Information Disclosure of Financial Information: Pursuant to the authority granted under Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter F, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) solicited proposals and has recommended a proposer for award of a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and associated Capital Maintenance Contract (CMC) for a portion of the Project described herein. The project is divided into three elements, the “SH 99” portion, the “SH 35 Bypass” portion, and the “SH 99/Interstate 45 (I-45) Interchange” portion.
