The San Mateo County Transit District is seeking proposals from established vending machine product and service providers for the placement, stocking, servicing, and eventual removal of vending machines at four agency office locations: 116 N. Rollins Road, Millbrae, CA (HQ), 4000 Campbell Ave and 4020 Campbell Ave, Menlo Park, CA, and 585 Lenzen Ave, San Jose, CA (CEMOF). The solicitation is for separate agreements with each agency location, each generating commission for the respective agency. Proposers must provide a minimum of three and a maximum of five references from contracts held in the past five years, with no references allowed from the San Mateo County Transit District, San Mateo County Transportation Authority, or Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board. Subconsultants must be designated on the Subconsultant Designation Form, regardless of tier or SBE/DBE status. The solicitation is not open to bidders who have been terminated from a prior contract with the agency or who are subject to pending litigation or claims related to prior contracts.
