This project will consist of base repair, milling and installation of 2" FDOT SP 12.5 76-22 overlay. Temporary striping after each day of production and thermoplastic striping 14 days after completion of the paving operation. Right of Way restoration with appropriate fill material, grading to allow water to sheet flow off asphalt, sodding, and all other incidental work associated with roadway resurfacing will be included. There is also a proposed upgrade to current guardrail with additional new installations. Fifty percent (50%) of milling will be retained by the Escambia County Road Department. This work shall be coordinated by the contractor, and Escambia County Road Department will provide the required trucks to obtain the milling.
