The project consists of removal and disposal of stumps and brush and unsuitable material offsite, installation of stabilization material, construction of a concrete block retaining wall, bank reconstruction, various erosion control measures, roadside infrastructure and road reconstruction. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
