Last updated: May 22, 2026The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is seeking proposals for the Charter Schools Program (CSP) Technical Assistance and Facilitation Partner. The TAP will serve three interconnected functions: implementation support (facilitate launch and execution through coaching, tools, and project management supports); continuous improvement and monitoring (support partnerships to use data and leading indicators to strengthen implementation over time); and learning and dissemination (support partnerships to package partnership-generated artifacts and synthesize cross-partnership lessons into practice-ready products and professional learning resources for statewide use).High-level TAP Functions:Subcontracting will be limited to thirty percent (30%) of the total contract budget. Subcontracting is defined as non-employee direct personal services and related incidental expenses, including travel.NYSED will award one (1) contract pursuant to this RFP. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a term anticipated to begin September 1, 2026, and to end June 30, 2030.Bidders are required to comply with NYSED’s Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) participation goals for this RFP through one of three methods.
