The Agency of Education is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide and/or design and deliver a Statewide Integrated Training and Capacity-Building Initiative aligned with BEST (Building Effective Supports for Teaching) funding provided by Title 16 V.S.A. § 2969.
