Project details

The project is part of the STAR program and will renovate approximately 129,000 square feet of facility space. Work includes mitigation of current health, safety, and code deficiencies, as well as improvements to mission capabilities and force protection, as detailed in the Contract Documents, except where delineated as a Proposal Option. Interior improvements cover Structural, Architectural, Interiors, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and IT/Telecom trades. Exterior improvements include site civil modifications for utilities, drainage, lighting, pavements, and fencing. Lead Protocol and Mold Remediation are also required. General Contractors must request Drawings/Plans and Specifications via email to [email available with Pro]. One mandatory site visit is required: either 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, or 10:00 AM CT on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 301 East Regis St., Lubbock, Texas 79403. Failure to attend a site visit will result in disqualification. Site visits are public events; subcontractors are welcome to attend and network with prospective General Contractors.
