The Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) is soliciting offers for off-site ski training support, including lodging, ski passes, ski area access, and transportation. The contractor must provide 80 transferable season passes valid from 15 Nov 2026 to 30 Apr 2027, with no blackout dates during scheduled training. Project details

The contractor shall provide conference/classroom space for training blocks ST1, ST1A, ST4, ST6, and ST7. The contractor shall provide written confirmation of facility and pass availability 5 days prior to each training block. The contractor shall notify the Government immediately of any service disruption due to weather, closure, or other conditions. The contractor shall provide a transportation plan when required.
