The vehicle must be new, unused, delivered in manufacturer’s packaging, and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, including CAL-OSHA and AQMD Rule 1191. The quote must include delivery, be valid for at least 30 days from the closing date, and be submitted no later than Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The vendor must submit a specification sheet substantiating equivalency for any 'or equal' item. Failure to provide such documentation may result in rejection. The quote must include all line items: unit price, total, delivery, tire fee, sales tax (11%), and total. The vehicle must be equipped with a full set of manuals, including electronic parts and service manuals and a paperback operator’s manual. A minimum three-year or 36,000-mile factory warranty is required, effective from the date the vehicle is placed in service. The vendor must register the vehicle with the California DMV for exempt government use under Public Works Fleet Services, 541 W. Chevy Chase Drive, Glendale, CA 91204.
