Proposers who do not attend the mandatory meeting and site walk will not be permitted to submit an RFQ-P for this Project. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. The District also reserves the right to select one Proposer, multiple Proposers, or no Proposers.
