NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AVISO DE SOLICITUD DE PROPUESTAS Port Freeport is publishing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a qualified vendor to install, configure and commission a Port Alert and Warning System (PAWS) that complies with the functional and performance specifications detailed in the RFP. The proposal shall be in lump sum pricing. All proposals shall be sealed in accordance with the RFP. A hard copy of the RFP can also be picked up at the Port Freeport Administration Building located at 1100 Cherry Street, Freeport, Texas. Sealed proposals shall be delivered to the attention of Danielle Allen, Procurement Manager, at the Port Freeport Administration Building located at 1100 Cherry Street, Freeport, Texas by June 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM at which time the bids will be opened. The successful Respondent shall carry a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the full bid amount.
