Project details

Services include regularly scheduled dedicated service and on-call response as needed. The vendor must provide excellent service and have an outstanding reputation. The vendor must furnish all professional personnel, labor, materials, and industry-standard equipment. The vendor must also provide periodic reporting. The contract may be terminated for default or convenience. The City operates on a fiscal year ending September 30, and funding is subject to annual approval. Proposals must be sealed and marked 'MAINT-RFP6004-27 ON-CALL PLUMBING SERVICES'. Email, fax, or other electronic methods are not accepted. Answers will be issued by addendum by November 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The vendor must be an equal opportunity employer and must not engage in collusion.
