Picnic Tables with Back Support – Request for Informal Quotation

The City of San Ramon is soliciting informal quotations for 13 types of ADA-compliant picnic tables with back support, including rectangular, octagon, metal, and round designs in green or black. Materials include thermoplastic, powder coat, textured polyethylene, and metal. All items are surface-mounted. Vendors must submit firm, non-escalating prices valid from November 13, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Deliveries must occur during business hours (8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Mon–Fri) at city sites or via 'Will Call' at the vendor’s location. Vendors must provide delivery turnaround time, delivery charges (including offloading labor), and any discounts. Prices are FOB destination; no additional charges are allowed. Sales tax is not included. Products must be in original, undamaged packaging. Equal products may be submitted, but the City determines equivalence. SDS must accompany deliveries. Payment is net 30. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation. The most advantageous offer will be selected based on vendor responsibility, total cost, quality, performance, and past performance.
