This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).The Minnesota Department of IT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), intends to enter into an agreement with Public Consulting Group for up to 36 months for continued uninterrupted use of AlloCAP, a web-based cost allocation software, to provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support of AlloCAP. The software will be used to import expenditure and payroll data. The key functionalities necessary to meet the Agency’s business needs that AlloCAP provides include: the ability to rerun calculations; cost projections; built-in table relationships and quality control checks; importing of time studies results; and the ability to adjust cost pools within the system. The Agency's determined that AlloCAP is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product that meets the Agency’s business needs.
