Montgomery County, MD is seeking an Emergency/Electric Generator Contractor to provide inspection, testing, repair, and modification services for generators at over 400 county-owned and leased facilities. Services will include routine maintenance, major repairs, and emergency response. The contract will be awarded based on the ITB process.
The Department of General Services (DGS) through its Division of Facilities Management (DFM) oversees the maintenance of 400+ County-owned and Countyleased facilities. DGS’ intent is to retain an Emergency/Electric Generator Contractor to provide inspection, testing, minor/major repair, modifications of specified or other associated equipment, in order to keep the generator sets operation equal to the performance standards as designed by the original equipment manufacturer.
