REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ)Professional Engineering and Surveying Services The City of Siloam Springs is requesting SOQ from firms interested in providing Professional Engineering and Surveying services for the 2026 calendar year.The SOQ’s will be used for selection of firms for partial or comprehensive design and construction management of various projects, to be implemented in 2026 and 2027. Please submit one (1) paper copy of SOQ and one (1) identical digital PDF copy on a properly labeled flash drive. Submissions shall be received no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, January 26, 2026.
