If requested by the City of Dayton, the Vendor shall maintain policies of liability insurance of such types and such amounts and with such companies as may be designated by the City of Dayton, which policies shall be written so as to protect the City of Dayton and the Vendor from the risks enumerated in Section 15. Such policies of insurance shall not be cancellable except upon thirty (30) days written notice to the City of Dayton and proof of such insurance shall be furnished by the Vendor to the City of Dayton.

Standard features include air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and locks, rearview camera, heated telescoping trailer-tow mirrors, slip-resistant running boards, professionally applied spray-in bedliner, four complete sets of keys, cloth bench seat, heavy-duty rubber or vinyl flooring, and white exterior.
